7-day refund

Within 7 days of paying, if you have taken fewer than 2 full practice tests, email us and we refund the full price. No questions.

How

Email support@thenextcohort.com with the order number from your plan page. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and take 5 to 10 business days to show.

What we cannot refund

After 7 days, or once you have taken 2 full practice tests. We also do not refund on the result of a real test or an admission decision, or on test fees paid to the test owner: we cannot control them.
